A basket of white, brown and homemade fruit loaf toast will be served

Lighter Breakfasts

The following selection is served on white or brown toast

1 or 2 Boiled eggs (soft, medium or hard boiled)

1 or 2 poached eggs (can be served with a haggis or black pudding crumb, or a mixture of both)

Scrambled eggs with/without smoked salmon

Sardines (in tomato sauce, oil or brine)

Baked Beans

Selection of cheese (can be served with oat cakes or toast)

Alternatively, a combination of the above can be served as a breakfast

Melted cheese on toast with carmelised onion relish

Cooked Breakfasts

Pork Cumberland Sausage, Fried, Poached or Scrambled Egg, mushrooms, Rasher of Bacon, Black Pudding, Haggis, Potato Scone, Tomato, Baked Beans
