The following selection is served on or with white or brown toast

Eggs Benedict, (poached eggs served on a toasted English muffin with ham or smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce) or

Scrambled eggs with/without smoked salmon or

Breakfast Club Sandwich (pork cumberland sausage, bacon and sliced tomato served on toasted bread) or

Selection of cheese (can be served with oat cakes or toast) or

Melted cheese on toast with carmelised onion relish
